AdriaVacay Rental Terms and Conditions
CONTRACT
When you book a villa with AdriaVacay, you are entering into a rental agreement with the villa's owner, while AdriaVacay serves as an intermediary. The rental contract is considered binding upon payment of the reservation deposit. Any contract modifications must be made in writing, and AdriaVacay will confirm your reservation once the advance payment has been processed.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Payments are processed in euros (€), and any currency conversions are handled by your payment provider. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Prices include utilities, cleaning, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfer as Payment methods. Late or non-payment will result in contract termination.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to cancel, notify AdriaVacay in writing.In cases of emergency, the reservation may be transferred to another guest or moved to a different date (subject to availability and price adjustments). Notify AdriaVacay of any changes as early as possible, ideally no later than 60 days before arrival.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in details are provided 15 days before your stay. Guests must check out by 10 a.m., and late departures may incur additional charges.
HOUSE RULES
Each villa has specific house rules. Violation of these rules may result in immediate contract termination without refund, and guests must vacate the property within 2 hours of notice.
CAPACITY
The maximum number of guests, including children, is limited to what is stated on the villa’s homepage. Exceeding this number may result in the termination of the rental agreement.
YOUTH GROUPS
Guests under the age of 23 must inform AdriaVacay at the time of booking. Approval is required for such groups, and failure to disclose this information may lead to cancellation without refund.
NOISE AND PARTIES
Parties are not permitted, and excessive noise may result in contract termination.
PETS
Some villas are pet-friendly, but this must be confirmed during booking. Pet owners are responsible for any damages and must adhere to house rules regarding pets.
ENVIRONMENT
Villas in rural areas may have local wildlife and environmental factors such as farming. AdriaVacay is not responsible for any nearby construction work.
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
The villa owner is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functional. In case of malfunctions, the owner will arrange for repairs as soon as possible.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned if there are no damages. Any damages exceeding the deposit must be covered by the guest.
DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa and are expected to report and compensate for any damage before check-out.
COMPLAINTS
Any issues during your stay should be reported immediately to the villa owner. If the problem persists, contact AdriaVacay for assistance.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
AdriaVacay guarantees that the prices listed on its website are the lowest available. If you find a lower price elsewhere, AdriaVacay will match it and offer an additional 5% discount.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any additional services (such as private chefs) must be arranged in advance and are not the responsibility of AdriaVacay.
ACT OF GOD
If an unforeseen event (e.g., natural disasters or epidemics) prevents the contract from being fulfilled, the contract may be terminated without liability for either party.
