The Interior

The villa is thoughtfully arranged on one level, with two comfortable bedrooms positioned on either side of the central open-plan living area. Large glass doors connect both bedrooms and the living room directly to the sea-view terrace, allowing natural light to fill the interior and bringing the beautiful surroundings into every room.

The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a PlayStation gaming console and a Marshall speaker, whether spending a relaxed evening indoors or listening to their favourite music.

The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a professional coffee machine. An indoor dining table comfortably seats four guests.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom No. 1 has a bathroom with a bathtub, while Bedroom No. 2 offers a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, where guests can wake up to beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea.

An additional guest toilet with a washing machine provides extra convenience during your stay.

Whether enjoying a refreshing swim, relaxing in the hydromassage area or simply soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine, the pool terrace offers a wonderful setting to unwind.

Just a few steps away, a beautifully arranged covered dining area invites guests to enjoy meals outdoors. The fully equipped stainless-steel summer kitchen provides a practical space for preparing food, while the traditional stone barbecue is perfect for grilling fresh local ingredients. One of the villa's most authentic features is its private organic vegetable garden, lovingly maintained by the owner. Guests are welcome to pick fresh seasonal vegetables directly from the garden and enjoy a genuine taste of Mediterranean living.
