The villa consists of two separate houses, making it an ideal choice for larger groups who want to spend quality time together while still enjoying their own space.
The main house features six comfortable bedrooms, four with king-size beds and two with single beds. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and two additional guest toilets. The first floor offers two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The second house provides extra privacy and flexibility, featuring its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.

Payment Policy:
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, payable by bank transfer.
- The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Agency may retain:
- 30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit payment and up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
- 50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
- 100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
