Located in Žrnovnica, surrounded by greenery and the characteristic rocky hills of this part of Dalmatia, the villa is designed for up to 8 guests and combines generous outdoor areas with a comfortable, modern interior. It is a great base for exploring Split and the coast, but with a private pool, indoor wellness area and several places to relax and dine, staying at the villa for the day can be just as tempting.

Comfortable living & four en-suite bedrooms

The main living area is bright, spacious and made for spending time together. The comfortable lounge flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for preparing anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner at home.

Villa Mandy features four bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds measuring 180 × 200 cm. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, giving every guest plenty of privacy. Bedrooms No. 1 and No. 2 share a balcony overlooking the peaceful surroundings.

Your own pool & wellness area

The private heated swimming pool sits at the heart of the outdoor area, with a spacious sun terrace, loungers, an outdoor shower and open views towards the surrounding hills.

Just behind the living room is one of Villa Mandy’s special features — a private indoor wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna. Large sliding glass doors open directly towards the pool terrace, connecting the wellness space with the outdoors. You can move from a swim in the pool to the jacuzzi or sauna without leaving the privacy of the villa — equally enjoyable during a sunny afternoon or later in the evening.

Beside the pool, guests will also find table tennis and a comfortable outdoor lounge for slower moments between swims.

Outdoor dining, BBQ & plenty of space

A separate covered outdoor area includes a summer kitchen, BBQ and a large dining table, creating a comfortable place for meals outside without having to carry everything back and forth from the house. It is particularly lovely in the evening, when the pool and outdoor areas are illuminated and the terrace becomes a relaxed gathering place for dinner and drinks.

For guests who like to stay active, Villa Mandy also has a private basketball court, located beside the parking area. Private parking is available directly in front of the villa.

Close to Split, beaches and everyday essentials

Villa Mandy gives you the advantage of staying outside the busy centre while keeping Split remarkably close. Split Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace are around a 15-minute drive away, making dinner in the city or an evening walk along the Riva an easy option rather than a full-day excursion.

For a day by the sea, the nearest beaches are in Strožanac and Podstrana, only a short drive from the villa. Restaurants, grocery shops and other everyday amenities can also be found nearby.

The location works particularly well for guests who want to experience both sides of a holiday in Dalmatia: days exploring Split and the coast, followed by the space and privacy of your own villa away from the crowds.
