Payment Policy:

A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, payable by bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Agency may retain:

30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit payment and up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
