Villa Golden Memories is a modern and spacious holiday home spread over two levels, offering approximately 250 m² of beautifully designed living space. Thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and privacy, the villa is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay together.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a single bed (120 x 200 cm), while the second offers a comfortable king-size bed. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

On the same level, you will find a bright and open-plan living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room — perfect for gathering and spending quality time together.

Additionally, there is a small guest toilet on this floor, which also includes a washing machine for your convenience.

First floor

A staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining four bedrooms are located. One bedroom features a single bed (120 x 200 cm) and its own private bathroom, while two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and one with a queen-size bed.

All bedrooms on this floor have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.

Bedrooms & Comfort

Each bedroom in the villa is stylishly and modernly furnished, equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a desk, making it suitable for both relaxation and longer stays.
