Villa Victoris is a true first-row-to-the-sea villa, located directly on the beach in Podstrana. The standard rental includes the lower three floors of the villa.

The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large glass openings lead to the sea-facing terrace, creating a bright and airy space ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

First Floor
