Payment Policy:
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, payable by bank transfer.
- The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Agency may retain:
- 30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit payment and up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
- 50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
- 100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
